Molecular cuisine kit - Minikit Sferification of Texturas

I bought some weeks ago the Texturas Minikit sferification and I wanted to share with you my excitement when I received the parcel. This molecular cuisine kit is looking very nice. The only thing I regret is that, after using the kit, it is not really practical to put back the cans and utensils in the box and close it. I also think the recipes book is looking ridiculous!
Nevertheless I like this kit and in my opinion it is a fantastic gift to do to someone who likes cooking and experimenting things.

I can only agree to your post. I have also ordered the sferification kit. The advantage is that the amounts of product are not too big to start off.
I also agree about the recipes book. But it gives you something to start with and from there you can experiment...
